Stage management
We provide crew for events’ technical production structures such as stages. Our crew consists of stage managers and stagehands. In events, we work as the local crew for artists and groups and take care of the schedule of the stage.
Stage managers
A performance, speaker event or a music festival - the job of the stage manager is to stay in schedule and combine the different sectors of production on the stage. We can provide stage managers for events ranging all the way from small and medium-size events to large festivals and tours. During pre-production we create detailed plans of all the action on the stages, such as schedules and practical arrangements for load ins and outs.
Stagehands
The stagehands of Lively Entertainment have been a familiar sight in events all around Finland for years. As local crew we handle the moving and setup of the performers’ equipment on stages of all sizes. We can also assist local technicians in more technical tasks. The size of our crew can range from a few to over 20 depending on the production and it’s needs. Most of our employees are trained in live event technology and have multiple years of experience working in the industry as technicians.

Stage construction
We provide events with construction crew to assist in the construction and teardown of stages of all sizes, as well as to work with sound and lighting systems and screens. Additionally, the tasks of the crew can also include the construction and teardown of other structures such as barricades and scenery.
