Our open recruitment is open year round and we are constantly looking for new crew members interested in working with events. We process open recruitment applications every week. You can apply through a separate application form on our website.
We hire stage managers and stagehands. All our work is paid by an hourly rate. The rates include a separate holiday compensation and per diem on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the wages, we offer our crew compensation for work-related travel, and accommodation and meals are provided by the employer. The employment relationship is agreed upon with a written employment contract, which is subject to separate terms and conditions of employment. All employment contracts are either indefinite or fixed-term zero-hour contracts. The work is gig work.
We require all applicants to be over 18 years old and to have industry experience and/or education suitable for working in the event field. In addition, all applicants should have a personal Google email address.
Every application will be processed individually and the applicants will be primarily contacted via email. All applicants are interviewed before hiring, and the employees are provided with training before their first gig.
